Digital Flyer Submission Form

Please read these guidelines before submitting a flyer to the Online Backpack.

All schools, school-related booster groups/organizations, community partners, and local non-profit organizations are able to submit flyers for posting in this venue. Suitability and approval are at the discretion of Zion Elementary District 6, which reserves the right to deny requests for the posting of flyers on the online backpack.

Flyers must advertise an event, opportunity, or information for students, parents or families. Requests from non-District affiliated groups to post flyers advertising fundraisers, such as car washes or product sales, will not be considered. Flyers must be translated to Spanish to be considered for posting.

Postings to the online backpack are updated every Friday by the Communications Department. To request the posting of information on the District’s online backpack, please fill out the form below.

Approval does not imply Zion Elementary District 6 endorsement. Previous approval of a group or organization’s flyers does not automatically imply future approval.

Submission Deadline: The Online Backpack is updated every Friday throughout the school year. Please ensure that your flyer is submitted no later than the Wednesday of the week in which you wish your flyer to be posted.
