Cooking with Arbor started back up this year at ZCMS with a healthy and tasty bruschetta recipe. On Tuesday afternoon, students and staff learned the quick Italian dish and some introductory cooking techniques from Itzel Garcia, the ZESD 6 Food Service Director. The snack was then offered to all ZCMS students on Wednesday during lunch.
